Our Merchandise Return Policy



WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY

Our goal is to provide high quality products and merchandise at a great price. However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not satisfied with your purchase. In many instances we are able to offer to offer a refund on your purchase. To determine if your item is eligible for a refund please review our return and exchange policy.



GENERAL RETURN POLICY: WHAT YOU CAN RETURN BY WHEN & HOW?

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging.

All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below) posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. NO EXCEPTIONS!

For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company, such as, UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package will only guarantee your return gets handled safely.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center.



WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for our mistakes.

When the error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and/or less a 25% restocking fee.



RESTOCKING FEES

Returns that are received in excess of 15 days from the original UPS delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery, shall be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that not all returns will be accepted for credit; this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Again, the "NO RESTOCKING FEE" offer applies only to returns or exchanges received by us within 15 days of the actual UPS delivery date. Any violation of the above condition voids the “No Restocking Fee” offer.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the UPS delivery date.



EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you have received defective merchandise, and would like to exchange it for the same item, or if you would simply like to exchange an item for something different, please return the original (or defective) merchandise to us. You may then place another order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) back before placing the new order, however, any credit that you would receive from the return will not go into effect until the item has been received and inspected by us.



RMA NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-800-385-6897, Mon.-Fri., 9:00am to 5:30pm (EST). Please indicate your order number and specific items you are returning and the reason for the return or exchange.



ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT RETURNABLE:

  • Hazardous, gas-powered merchandise and items containing flammable liquids.
  • Personalized, engraved, embroidered, and monogrammed items.
  • All edible merchandise; such as Jordan almonds.
  • Consumables such as wedding bubbles.
  • Cameras and other film products
  • Closeout items
  • Orders in which a custom quote was requested.
  • Any item with obvious signs of use, such as, veils, tiaras, hair accessories and jewelry


PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Most items returned more than 15 days after delivery (A 25% to 50% restocking fee will be applied)
  • Items not returned in the condition received
